Day Pass Purchase Principle Terms
- You must be aged 16 years or above to purchase a Pass and proof of ID may be required
- You may not transfer your Pass to anyone else nor can you purchase a Pass for someone else. If you cannot provide ID which matches the details of the purchaser of the Pass then you may not be allowed access
- A One Day Pass is valid for one single entrance and is non-refundable. If a One Day Pass is not used within 7 days from the date of purchase (the “Validity Period”), the Pass will be invalid, and you will no longer be able to use it
- All day passes must agree to the standard terms and conditions, gym rules and health questionnaire.
- For safety reasons, you are responsible for correctly using all equipment and you must ask for an induction if one is not offered to you. Always ask a member of staff, if you are unsure how to use any piece of equipment as they are there to help and support you
- Please don’t exercise beyond your capabilities. You should inform a staff member if you start to feel unwell during exercise. If you feel unwell or have a high temperature, please don’t attend
- If you have an accident or suffer an injury whilst exercising you must inform a member of staff immediately, so the incident is recorded.
- You will respect the equipment that you use on site and always behave in an appropriate manner when using our facilities. You agree to clean equipment after use with the sanitizer and wipes available.
